One web has enough money to cover an initial build of their 648 satellite network. And then after that, where they're going to get the money to do another build. The UK government is backing them so they're not going to go bankrupt per se because there are national security and economic development issues involving and keeping one way of running. But on the other hand, where did they get another 5 billion or more in order to go from their 648 satellites to 7,000 satellites that they're currently licensed for? Or are there a question? I don't know.
