I was just really tired of women in the work place, moms in the workplace, being diminished. I don't think there's a lot of support in our society for family, let alone moms. We're treated like a risk and a liability in the work force right where we're not going to be committed. If you want a super hero on your staff, bob, you hire a mom because, you know what, she's going to get the job done. She's an incredible visionary, in credible leader. Women, mothers need to be at the table. The more moms we have at the table, the better our culture will thrive. And i wanted to do something about it.
