How to Talk Back to Your Thoughts

One of the interesting tools that you've given your students for how to deal with their thoughts is through some creative ways of talking back to your thoughts, which i quite love. One lesson was strong, soft, silly and silent, and just being creative with how you're going to talk back to your busy mind or your unkind mind. So it might be for some people, or in some moments, it might be a stronger voice. You don't give it a lot of power those thoughts. And sometimes people feel so ken over by their thoughts that that really feels like that's all there is.
