Is it possible for one person to have, or to manage, a thousand accounts sending abusive preeds to hundred journalists? Can one is is it. So i would just say i'm not entirely sure about the scale aspect of this problem bit. But where gain i start getting concerned is that when you have social mediar platforms, which works on network effects,. whereif one person shares something, and then someone else likes it through that ico system, right?
