You Are Far Worse Than He Thinks You Are
When we understand the degree of tragedy that we have been saved from, we will have a greater appreciation for the Savior. And so if we believe that we chose Jesus and that it was just a really good opportunity to choose God because He gave me a chance, you will have a low appreciation for your salvation. If you look at it in the sense that you actually had no hope, you were spiritually dead,. You needed somebody to come bring you back to life and absolutely rescue you.
