Jack untevega had struck up a relationship with a 17 year old named bianka mark, who was more than half his age. On february fifteenth, 19 92, the same day that detectives went to jack's ment to arrest him, he surprised bianka by joining her in switzerland unannounced. The couple rented an apartment in south beach, but struggled to make ends meet.
