Bill Clinton's Childhood

David Marinus won the Pulitzer Prize for his coverage of Bill Clinton's presidency. He was born in Hope, Arkansas, a small town near the border with Texas in August of 1946. The combination of growing up with an alcoholic father and having this neediness to be with people both really shaped the politician that would come.
