When you go to sleep, your body is really geared towards recovery. All the hormones that are in that side of the lymphatic system are all not helpful for recovery. That last half hour before you go to bed is absolutely critical to be distressed. I think a lot of people don't acknowledge the reality that your home and in particular your bedroom should be like a sanctuary.
