How Do Trees Communicate With the Environment?
Trees don't have a brain and neurons in the same way that we do or that animals do, but they are kind of hubs of absorbing the different signals in the environment around them. And so they can communicate with each other through what we call micro-risile connections. There's another example where they can release some gases like ethylene to prevent giraffes from eating their leaves.
