Flex Work and Hybrid Work: A Rarity
The non-mandated approach is more of a rarity than it was even a few months ago. We called those office workers or were they someone who should come into the office two to three days a week but who frankly can flex and have hotel space available to them. So we actually rolled that out before COVID and people were starting to experiment with being a full time office worker, a full time edge worker coming in for communal space. And so now we've done away with the modifiers of office versus edge and we've just called everybody a hybrid worker.
