Can We Explain That Regularity?

We don't really know why the laws of nature are the way they are. It seems like they could have been different, so what can a naturalist say? One possibility is that simple brute foundationalism has no deeper explanation. So it's going to violate our second premise if we try to use it to explain any natural phenomena. And in the flat earth case, i tried to convince you that the mystery of that bottom level kind of works its way up and infects the whole structure. Because the bottom level is mysterious, we don't really understand how any of this structure is working.
