The Eagles' Transition to a Head Coach

Jalen Hertz became a capable like a very good deep ball thrower last year. My one concern now I'll say is they lost their offensive coordinator Shane Steichen. They promote internally Brian Johnson right who was the quarterback's coach. Part of me is like well if you have everything we just described it's not that hard. However I thought Steichen had such a great touch for figuring out defenses weaknesses and then hammering them.
