The Commerce Clause and the Violence Against Women Act

The commerce clause they justified the violence against women act or at least that portion of it on the commerce clause see. There's two different ways of approaching juris jurisprudential remit one is a floor plan model and one is a pyramid model i'm in the floor plan model. It's important stuff goes up top with the federal government and peripheral silly things can be left to the state governmentThings you know you can regulate hamburger wrappers or whatever but if it's important meaning something that i care about then it should go to the federal level uh and um i i i understand the impulse behind that but i don't think it's good procedure i agree.
