We measured the wrong time period for decades. It took us a long time to start measuring the longer term effects on caloric expenditure and what happens to energy expenditure due to physical activity are we increasing our caloric expenditure or decreasing it following the workouts. Luke why don't you talk to us a little bit about just the inherent bias that people have that you've seen in your experience with being so obsessed with these numbers. And then maybe you guys can sort of both talk to them a little bit more about total daily energy expenditure.
