Qatar has a huge leverage there. UAE, Turkey, these three countries are currently competing for big contracts of security of the Kabul airport. Many of their actually power generation projects as well. These three countries together along with Pakistan also because they have a huge connection and role to play in Afghanistan. But that requires a coordinated, cohesive regional strategy.
When the Taliban took power, it promised a place for women in its new Afghanistan. Now, hardliners are embracing policies that do the opposite.
