The Importance of Unexpected Gifts
I think that one of the keys that I found definitely is unexpected, is always, always kind of makes the value exponentially higher. If you give someone a kitchen machine on their birthday or Christmas, they will be like, great, the kitchen machine, thank you so much. But honestly, if you show up on a Tuesday and give your neighbor a kitchen machine, they will probably remember that for the rest of their lives. Because it's unexpected. And when you expect it, then it's always something for something. It's also nice, you know, people are happy and you create an environment of people are really happy to help each other when it's needed.
