I mean Japan is known for its team harmony and do you think there's something that is that is here that falls within that? Yeah I wonder about that I'm assuming that's part of it. Maybe because a larger part of their software tech ecosystem is actually a lot of system integration and vendor building the system so they are the high attention paid to them.
