How to Exclude People With Stiff Painful Shoulder
Once we have the baseline test which is related to their primary functional limitation I then go straight into the examination of the neck. If the neck has no effect on the baseline test my next step is then to try to exclude people with a stiff painful shoulder. These people might have a different prognosis so we need to give different advice and also potentially interventions will be different.
