Colun Powell's Optimism as a Leader

i never took disciplinary action against a store manager on basing what you heard. And the one disciplinary action was, even what i heard in a meeting. Colun powell talked about optimism being a force multiplier. Our job as leaders is to be a force multiplier within our organization when we're there to provide energy and an optimistic drive.
