Is There a Moral Relativism?

The good is constructive and generative, but it doesn't know how well its constructions will survive the test of time. What we perceive as evil is when the inertia of that static pattern becomes prohibitive towards further dynamic movement forward up the moral hierarchy. The act of having sex indiscriminately is immoral when you haven't yet built a large society to have stable social patterns. So in that sense, there is moral relativism, but it isn't random, and it isn't arbitrary.
