What Has Produced Better in Times Like This?

We're in what's known as like, at least in real estate, like the peak phase where things are still priced really high. And so I think we're still before, you know, prices haven't bottomed out. This is a dangerous time to buy real estate, unless you know what you're doing. We won't know when we hit bottom until after that has already happened. The stakes are a lot higher and you're spending more on a house than you might like on an individual stock.
