The Prophecy of Abraham and Isaac

In the Bible, there are 613 commandments. Do they all have a purpose? He says if we say that there's no purpose, you're basically saying that God does things whimsically or without reason. So in fact, you can't just be like an idiot that has given a gift of prophecy. You actually have to be a scholar to be a prophet. There's nothing more dangerous than a false prophet.
