Using a Feed Forward Neural Network to Identify Sandwiches in Pictures
A recurrent neural network helps guess a sequence of something. So for example, when you type in mermaids into Google it works out what they do. The data travels through the first layer of neurons, and then across smaller layers, until they get to the output layer where it tells you how likely it is that the image is a sandwich. These networks are at the heart of speech recognition, translation and much more.
