Most of the research has been done on people who retire at traditional ages. One year before a traditional retirement age can end up increasing a person's level of mortality, regardless of what their initial health was at previous so i know harvard health did an interesting study that was really similar as well. And i think that it's something that we should really be focused on as young retires too. But again, it's a natural thing for us to do, like when we're striving for f i. The tex is, on a cellular level, we need, we need that sense of purpose.
