The 10 Year Treasury Yield Is Moving in the Right Direction

We are seeing a lot of encouraging signs and we want to see that continue for sure. The trick is we need it to stay because we have had some crossovers before in January and they just haven't lasted mm-hmm so let's see if this is the time that it'll stick. You're really kind of seeing a nice holding of gains and that the 10 year treasury is not bringing it down you know just use august as an example.
