Hacking the Russians?
Russia has a frontline nation state capability based in the military to conduct offensive cyber warfare. But that doesn't mean people who we generally refer to as hacktivists will attempt to do this kind of thing out of no patriotic fervor, shall we say. There are organizations such as Anonymous who have devoted considerable time and effort into disrupting Russian cyber. And there are also ordinary citizens involved in doing some work because they don't necessarily have the knowledge or tools for it. You need to be a sad geek like me to really understand how it all works - I'd be breaking our computer misuse act if I were to break any laws about hacking.
