There are half a million local races around the country, 70% of which are uncontested or competitive. So, can we introduce competition into a one-party environment that speaks for the majority of the disenfranchised? The same is true and reversed in a place like Missouri, where it's dominated by Republicans. If you run as forward in Missouri, then people will be like, I have no idea what that is. And then, you can absorb all of the minority party and then the reasonable chunk of the folks in the middle who are stuck without an option.
