The Whale's Blow Hole
Justine study marine mammals in the canadian arctic. Her research has gotten her so close to a whale's blow hole she's been covered by the spray. Whales are mammals, just like we are, and breathe air. They don't have gills, so they actually have to come up to the surface to be able to breathe. And that blow hole on top of their head makes it easier to do so the blow hole is like the express lane of aquatic mammal breathing. It's just a simple five step process.
