NASA has tried to figure out how fast folks could walk in a more refined space suit than the ones that the Apollo astronauts have. They tested people out with sort of moon-like situations and they showed that people could walk about normal walking speed. At that speed, it would take 91 days to walk the circumference of the moon if you walked nonstop.
