Twitter Isn't a Colosseum
Twitter isn't a public square. It's a Colosseum, says David Frum. Only 24% of Americans say that they primarily use social media to share political beliefs with others. Three out of four people are not participating actively in those conversations. Even more so that they avoid it, 68% say they avoid political conversations online.
