What Is Raised Online?
I was annoyed by the way people talked about maths and statistics online. So I started writing a blog anonymously to say, this just isn't how statisticians think that's not how you should be using these numbers. And then from then I just ended up doing lots and lots more work on data. Eventually somebody asked me to write a book called Data Boston for Schools which is kind of where the data busting came from. But I still do some teaching as well - teach two or three days a week because I really enjoy teaching. Some of that is special educational needs, but there are other reasons why children might find school difficult. We need to work out which children need support and support effectively
