General Motors - Should They Have Bought AIG?

AIG is going out of business. They go to the government to be bailed out 183 billion dollars. General Motors, that's owned by the government now, they still haven't paid back taxpayers. Why? Because now the government's running. How's that working up for us? Where’s the accountability? You've not shown that they care about the customer as much because if your file complains, who does it go to? I don't think it's a good idea,. although many people think nationalizing many of these corporations would be a good idea.
