Rapid Transfer to a Level Two Center for Cardiogenic Shock

If we were at a smaller hospital and you've identified a cardiogenic shock patient, but let's say it is a level two center that has PCI. Did they go to thePCI there and see what's going on or should you just plan on rapid transfer? That seems like a tough decision to make. I think it also depends on the availability and skill set of your cardiologists.
