Cerebra spinal fluid videral is the goad standard for neurosyphilis diagnosis. But it seems like its sensitivity is low, and therefore false negatives may be more common than we think. Does this mean that we should interpret c s f derel with a grain of salt? And what other testing should we do in this situation?
