The Importance of Preparing for Student Affairs

I was going to say that Rob, such great points, I really undervalued the preparation of student affairs for this role. So it took somebody who saw something in me that I hadn't yet seen in myself for me to even lean into the possibility of being a college president. Of the three of us, I'm actually the senior member of the team in terms of longevity and the role. And the only reason is because I started my presidency in COVID.
