What Happened in Siberia?
Socially, we have two sides and two teers who are functioning with a completely different set of principles and morals. Western civilization is largely built upon the christian faith. What happens in moscow has little to know, effect whatsoever on things that are happening in siberia. And i think this is also what he's saying in the book in a certain sense, too. That there are points where you can exploit the soviet system to your youth.
