Is the Relationship Between Architecture and Project Management a New Thing?
Aman: I find my director for architectural operations to be the key person in that problem solveing. As we get lean amin we work with a blend of generalist architects, specialist architects and folks that have had a lot of experience in certain markets or project hypologies. Ferbet: How do you define talent? We're not looking for resources. That's the distinction that we make. Aman: It's difficult to find talent but relatively speaking, finding folks that bring the right kind of experience to our projects is easy.
