How to Find a Flow State

Buddhist terms describe a state of heightened awareness and find the flow. When I meditate when I overcome my addictions or overcome some bad habits, that I share that with the entire universe they call it morphogenic fields that ripples through eternity. And so it's something about about understanding that it's not just about me and when I can get beyond the illusion of separateness then I see that I'm the other one.
