I think I've seen this to be true all the time. At my last job at store I managed you know 10 billion dollar portfolios for COVID and I can't tell you how stressful that was it was like a lot. It's probably one of the most meaningful career pivots in my life where I would you know you got through that and you're like man I just learned a lot but you don't realize that why you're going through the pain I believe right.
