Napoleon and the Tsar
On the 25th of June, 1807, Napoleon and the Tsar meet at the Nieman River between modern day Kaliningrad and Lithuania. The two men stage a grand powwow on an over decorated raft tethered at exactly the halfway point. In customary fashion, it is named after the nearest town, a place called Tilcet. It essentially divides continental Europe into two zones - French and east European. But that's not the way it looks at this very moment in time. After falling out with Russia once again, Napoleon assembles his biggest ever army to march on Moscow.
