I think over 50 might be a stretch just because it's present in a 51-year-old, but it's pretty darn rare. But I think the older you get, your suspicion has to be higher. So if you have an older person who presents with a new onset headache, you should at least think about this. And where we get lost is there's two areas where people commonly get lost with looking for giant cell arthritis.
