N x, axon and e x l a are all part of the annx library in elixir. Annx is based on ray-based programming so machine learning is just glorified linear algebra operations. It doesn't actually enforce any sort of backender or compiler. The two implementations of that behavior we have right now are torchex and xile. We had to go out to a niff for that. So what i would say is just like machine learning assembly - it's basically they call h l o,. high level optimizer, intermediate representation and grafts.
