When you get on the phone with that recruiter or the h r person, whoever's about to make you that offer, should ask what the salary window is. It's going to be way more work for the company to decide not to hire you than to just give you that information. I want to remind job seekers, as an h R person, i don't care. It's not my money. Not like your coming into my house and, you knowt do an of us,. Like i have arranged tobe in front of me you would like to ask a question. That's a pretty important distinction, right?
