Bradley's Acquisition of a Project Based Maintenance and Construction Business
The acquisition was a mix of seller financing and equity we didn't use any SBA financing. We were probably looking at that revenue as a little too secure thinking that we would be on those same job sites for multiple projects down the road. It's probably you shouldn't do that that should probably be an upside some things that you were not expecting that was a benefit but for us we were looking at that probably is more secure.
