I don't think too many people at least I've heard have focused on micronutrients. So for example, testosterone boosting supplements before deferring to something like Tonka Ali or one of these hyped up compounds that could be impactful. It's about assessing and fleshing out is your current diet model supportive of all of the minerals and vitamins that would otherwise be co-factors or substrate from the hormone. Are you eating enough calories? Because oftentimes people are trying to get their cake and eat it too by being as lean as they can while also trying to maximize their tea or whatever.
