When a company hires some one, they make an investment. That investment is likely going to get a return after a couple of years If the person grows, if you stay junior for three years, the company like knows that. So from a very strategic point of view, that makes a hundred % sense. And it's, in my opinion, this is a lot, a lot of it is about the long run.
