My First Thanksgiving in Mexico
When she got really sick before she died, she kind of passed that torch literally to my mom and was like, I need you to make Thanksgiving this year. One of my favorite recipes in the book is chicken el pastore. The smell was insane because they were being roasted over an open fire. And then at that time I'd recently gotten a grill with a rotisserie function on it. And I had made the boyo a pastore.
