Scale to Zero
I think one of the most important practices that came up with serverless is the use of ephemeral or temporary environments. I can just deploy my entire stack to a temporary environment and do all my testing there, do all my changes there knowing that it's completely isolated from anybody else. And when you don't have a scale to zero, you're going to have a lot of these small environments dotted all over the place where people are spending money on uptime for things they forget about. So yeah, because that scale to zero is huge.
