Jason Youngaward, the alleged founder of J&J, calls V.A. Anderson to ask if he can meet up for a phone call. Utah happens to be a one-party consensus date, meaning Anderson can record the call without Youngaward's permission. At the last minute,Anderson asks Youngaward to switch to a phone call instead. He eventually managed to get on the phone with Jeff Judd, the top salesman who allegedly started Ponzi scheme.
