No pregnancy, no prenatal society in the US or abroad has adopted using 130 over 80 as the diagnostic cut off for hypertensive disorders in pregnancy. We're going to talk about 130 over 80 stage 1 hypertension in the first 20 weeks and then we're going to talks about it in the second half of pregnancy because that also makes a difference. So lots to cover in this episode, but I just wanted to at least set the groundwork here.
